Fun Facts About Tigers: Tigers are the largest wild cats in the world. Tigers are carnivores, eating only meat. They mainly feed on large mammals such as deer, wild pigs, antelope and buffalo. Tigers are solitary hunters, and generally search for food alone at night. They quietly stalk their prey until they are close enough to pounce – then they kill their victim with a bite to the neck or back of the head. Ouch.
Tigers are good swimmers! Unlike most members of the cat family, they like water and often cool off in pools or streams. A tiger’s roar can be heard as far as three kilometer's away. A tiger's roar can be heard over 2 miles through a forest. At full speed, tigers can reach up to 65 kilometer per hour. That’s right – they may be big and heavy, but tigers are by no means slow movers. A group of tigers is called a streak or an ambush. Fossil remains of tigers found in parts of China are believed to be 2 million years old. No two tigers have the same stripes. Since every tiger has their own pattern on their fur, they are all unique. Tigers have over 100 stripes, which helps the tiger blend in with long grass. Like fingerprints, no two tigers have the same pattern. Today, there are five subspecies of tiger. These subspecies are the Bengal tiger, South China tiger, Indochinese tiger, Sumatran tiger and Siberian tiger. Sadly, three subspecies of tiger have become extinct – the Caspian, Bali and Javan. The Siberian tiger is the biggest of all tigers. Less than 100 years ago, tigers could be found throughout Asia. Sadly, today their range has been reduced to around 7% of its former size. That’s why we need to do all we can to protect the Tigers. The tiger is the national animal of both India and Bangladesh. The Bengal or Indian tiger is the best-known of all tigers. Shere Khan in the movie The Jungle Book is a Bengal tiger. There are almost as many tigers living in zoos and wildlife parks as there are in the wild. A tiger spends about 18 hours a day sleeping. Tigers, like all cats, cannot taste anything sweet. Unlike lions, who will fight to the death over a kill, tigers often share meals and take turns eating.

There are many ways you can improve the quality of your service in any business: Below are few pointers with an example of an hotel/restaurant business. 1.) Pay attention to details: The smallest details about your customers can make the biggest difference in satisfaction. 2.) Service: Treat your customers with respect, and make them feel every little detail. 3.) There's an experience: Make your customers feel "good" with the experience that you offer them. 4.) Unique recipe: What is different about the products that you offer? 5.) Special Formula: What is your unique selling proposition? 6.) Environment: How do you make your customers feel? 7.) Team: Having a strong and reliable team is important. Customers know when a team is strong, as the promise is delivered a lot more effectively and efficiently. 8.) Quality of the product: Having a high quality product that is constantly improving and looking to set the bar higher & higher . It's all about the experience & the way you make your consumers perceive the product that you are offering. Perception is a big deal when it comes to charging 5-8X on the cost of a meal OR ANY product in general. The meal tastes a lot better based on the environment that you are creating for your customer. When you charge a lot for any product or service, this assumption is made that its going to be made that its going to be both high QUALITY & VALUE. A great example that is not related to the restaurant industry is these guru's selling these $4-5k courses. Are they worth the money? Hell NO! But they make this promise, and since its priced so high, people are automatically associating it with high value. Trust me, I have gone over several courses that cost anywhere between $1-5k, and all they contain is filler, and 5-10% value that is repeated frequently. They take what they learned from somebody else, and just reword it to their own style. Anyway, in conclusion, All these points may be applied to any business, however the above steak example is somewhat PERFECT. Specific example of Hotel/Restaurant: 1. Pay attention to detail (Anniversary, Birthdays, what customer ordered etc.) 2. Make people feel special (you can start by asking - How are you sir?) 3. Create good experience(music, ambience) 4. Sell your story (talk about the food item) 5. Special recipe that bring people back. 6. Great team( Try your best to get order right first time, go the extra mile) 7.
